Barclay’s Garden Apartments will contribute to the hospitality industry, and primarily specialise in offering luxury accommodation to domestic and foreign tourists as well as small and medium sized corporate clients. All rooms are of the same standard, there will be no differentiation in terms of the size of beds, amenities, aesthetics and other factors.
This is a simple 2 bed/1 bathroom apartment building with 4 apartments. Has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room. The apartments are fully furnished and feature A/C in each bedroom, and wireless internet.
Each apartment has its own private balcony for relaxing and there is also private parking available. Price is inclusive of internet.
Golf Course is located a mere 5 minutes away from the sub-city of Grand Anse and 15 minutes from the capital city of St. George’s.
The rooms have not yet been named, only took over property in May 2023. Presently have eight (8) beds, two (2) in each apartment. Rates is set at US$150 per night however persons who want longer stays will be given a special rate.

This is family owned business operated by Stephen Barclay and Kathleen Belmar-Barclay supported by other family members while two people have been hired to do the basic maintenance.
