4 to 15 air-conditioned ensuite oversized bedrooms, all with their own lockable front door arranged within 3 private villa areas, each with its own private swimming pool, private outdoor space and all villa facilities. Families are welcome but young children must be supervised at all times. We only take one booking at a time so even a small group using 4 bedrooms are assured privacy and exclusivity and the full use of our wonderful staff.
Our rates are ‘all inclusive’ of all meals, snacks and drinks. They also include private airport transfers in our own fleet of luxury vehicles. Minimum stay is 4 nights and minimum booking is 4 bedrooms. We are open all year. Our Chefs are award winning and can offer Kosher to Passover standards. Our Butlers are Accredited British Guild of Professional Butlers. You are assured a warm Grenadian welcome.
We can offer the use of our private boats with Captain from our 185 foot dock including a wide range of watersports. From the moment we collect you at the airport or you tie up to our dock in your private yacht you will be pampered by our team and offered an authentic luxury Grenadian experience. We grow most of our fruit and vegetables in our own kitchen garden and our team cannot wait to show you all of the delights that our wonderful Island can offer you.

Comprised of the Main House, Top Reef View Suites and Folly Tower this Villa is the original residence to be built on the property, completed in 2004. 7 Large Bedroom suites and our Folly Tower Suite, 6 of which have private balconies and sun loungers, with views of the bay and the large infinity swimming pool, whilst the Reef View Suites all have bi-fold doors and share a large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding bay and reefs. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with oversized showers, whilst most of the rooms also have a large bathtub. The average size of the suites is 1,000 square feet (100m2) and can comfortably accommodate additional rollaway beds (except for the Folly Tower). Each suite is fitted with an oversized imported king size bed and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. This villa also has a separate kitchen available for use by a Nanny or your personal staff for any strict dietary requirements. Can accommodate up to 20 people
THE BEACH HOUSE

With its own private driveway and parking or walking down from the Main House past the large infinity pool and down on to the private beach you come to the 4 bedroom Beach House. Each spacious room has it own private entrance, and one of which opens up with direct access to the private Beach House swimming pool, whilst the other ground floor suite opens up onto a private garden. The rooms on the top floor are 1,200 square feet (120m2) in size, and the two on the ground floor are 900 square feet (90m2). Each of these bedrooms has a large en-suite bathroom and an additional outdoor shower for two. The Beach House has a full kitchen, outdoor Tiki kitchen and BBQ, an additional private laundry room, private deck and seating for 20 people comfortably. There is also a sitting room with doors that open up fully onto the beach and an additional half bath. In addition, each bedroom has a king sized pull-out sofa bed and additional beds can easily be placed in these rooms. # Can accommodate up to 12 people
THE BAY VIEW VILLA

Contemporary styled, 4 bedroom villa with stunning vistas of Mount Hartman Bay. This villa is very contemporary, with white quartz floors and bathrooms. There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (with tub) and imported king size beds, and 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and (imported twin sized beds which can be combined to make a regular king sized bed). Every room in this villa has floor to ceiling sliding or bi-fold doors with breathtaking views of the Bay which can be enjoyed from each bedroom’s private balcony. There is a large open plan kitchen (with 2 dishwashers), opening onto a sitting room with a sit up bar and large laundry room. This house is fitted out with high end Miele appliances and every room has the newest LG air-conditioning system concealed behind works of art. In addition, this villa has a large infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi (hot tub) and large gazebo. This villa is set within its own 1 acre walled garden, it can be very private whilst still benefiting from the amenities and service of the Estate.

Mount Hartman Bay Estate was previously owned by 2 famous yachtsmen and the 185 foot dock offers fantastic boating facilities as well as a very popular water slide! The original 8 Mansion House was completed in 2004 but was totally renovated in 2017 and 2018. With its marble floors, high ceilings and stunning natural hardwoods it offers 'wow' accommodations and stunning views from every room. A 4 bedroomed Beach House and 3 bedroomed Contemporary villa were opened in 2019 and the Estate now offers upto 15 bedrooms. The property has a full hotel license and 5 star rating and we offer our accommodation for Groups of guests from 4 bedrooms upto 15 bedrooms, with only one set of guests on the property at a time to assure exclusivity and privacy. When you are with us we want Mount Hartman Bay Estate to be your own and we want you to feel like the Owner so our rates are 'all inclusive'. We will work with you to customise menus and drinks preferences and no one in your Group has to worry about 'signing' for drinks. They can have what they want whenever they want it! We offer all of the benefits of a private island with none of the transportation difficulties and a fantastic team of staff who love to serve.
Peter was born in Wales but has lived at Mount Hartman Bay Estate in Grenada for 30 years and is now a Grenadian Citizen. He helped to build the original Mansion House. He met and married a local lady and has 2 sons. Peter has been a key member of the team for the 30 years. He oversees Security, guest transportation and loves meeting our guests. Trevor is a Grenadian and has been Head Chef at Mount Hartman Bay Estate since 2009 (he left for a short time to work in Canada). Our restaurant is no longer open to the Public (to protect privacy of our guests) but when it was open it was known as 'Cave House' and was the number 1 rated luxury restaurant on Trip Advisor. Trevor and his team always delight our guests. We can cater for any special diets. Shawn is our Head Butler and has been with us for several years. Shawn is from the island of St Vincent and trained in Canouan. You can see his beaming smile from 7.30 in the morning as he oversees the fresh coffee and freshly squeezed juices by the pool bar, to the last thing in the evening when he is checking that you have your after dinner drinks. He loves having guests on the property and it shows!
