At La Playa we have a strong policy on supporting the local market, avoiding long transports and imports. This reflects on the menu: Fish burgers that are made with all local ingredients we make our own dressings and mayonaise. The stone baked Paninis is a slow risen bread baked on a local sand stone and filled with home made papaya chutney and cured/baked ham from Trinidad. Extensive cocktail menu, fresh local fruit juice, wine or local beers, Carib beer being the favorite Signature cocktails: Carriacou Dash, Funky Diva, Passionfruit Mojito.
