The stone baked Paninis is a slow risen bread baked on a local sand stone and filled with home made papaya chutney and cured/baked ham from Trinidad.
Extensive cocktail menu, fresh local fruit juice, wine or local beers, Carib beer being the favorite
Signature cocktails: Carriacou Dash, Funky Diva, Passionfruit Mojito.
