Westerhall Estate

Westerhall Estate is one of the island’s rum distilleries that preserve the rich history of fine rum making. Set on 500 acres of land in Westerhall, St.David’s, the estate is home to the oldest working waterway in the western hemisphere. Operating since the 1900s, Westerhall Estate produces rum that draws upon the traditions of the island and its abundant spices. Enjoy an educational and exciting tour of the distillery, viewing the rum making process and walk through the grounds that still display vestiges of old artefacts, ruins and equipment, once part of the refinery process such as copper kettles. At the end you are rewarded with sampling of the various rums under the Westerhall portfolio. Tours are available Mondays to Friday.
