The Grenada Tourism Authority is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead the development and marketing of our destination. As CEO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of tourism, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering sustainable growth. To be successful you will have proven leadership experience, industry expertise, and a passion for our nation’s cultural and natural heritage.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive tourism strategy aligned with national objectives.
  2. Oversee branding, market development, and investment initiatives to boost the tourism sector.
  3. Strengthen stakeholder partnerships, including industry leaders, local government, and investors.
  4. Ensure operational excellence, regulatory oversight, and industry compliance.
  5. Drive innovation, adaptability, and sustainable tourism development.

The preferred candidate should possess:

 

  1. A Post Graduate Degree from a recognized institution in Business, Tourism, Business Administration, and/or Marketing or related field.
  2. Five to ten years of experience working at a senior/executive management level and, preferably, in the tourism sector.
  3. A proven track record for effective team management and results-driven leadership.
