Villa Stonehaven

Vill Stonehaven is located in Egmont Harbour is an exclusive enclave  of luxury villas on the Southern coast of Grenada. The bay is the Caribbean’s foremost “Hurricane Hole” yet still provides clear water with lots of marine life thanks to tidal flow which keeps our bay clean and clear.

Built in 2014, our massively constructed  underground house was designed by famed Grenadian architect  Donald Hanson. With  walls of nearly 6″ thickness, it remains cool year round and being on the beautiful, clear waters of Egmont Harbour there is always a sea-breeze from the East. Amenities include a swim ladder on the dock and a 10′ dinghy with outboard for guest use. We live on our yacht at the end of the dock and are always available to assist  but will never intrude. The property is landscaped with a roof-top garden, double car-port, private electric gate and beautiful tropical plants and fruit trees.  All 3  bedrooms are air-conditioned  but most guests prefer the sea-breeze.
