Grenada is a shortlist nominee in three categories in the 28th annual World Travel Awards 2021. The categories include Caribbean’s Leading Beach Destination 2021, Caribbean’s Leading Nature Destination 2021 and Caribbean’s Leading Tourist Board 2021.
The international voting window is now open and votes can be cast by travel professionals, media and tourism consumers, with the nominee who attracts the most votes in each category announced as the 2021 World Travel Awards winner.
Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique has one of the lowest coronavirus infection rates in the world after implementing its Pure Safe Travels programme. Additionally, the destination has maintained its engagement of travelers with its recognized #GrenadaDreaming campaign, Pure Grenada, Just For You campaign and the recent #GrenadaRocks campaign which features Grenadians speaking about the destination’s charm.
