The Carriacou & Petite Martinique Carnival Development Committee (CPMCDC) launched the Carriacou Carnival 2015 on October 25, Thanksgiving Day, on the Esplanade in Hillsborough under the theme “Celebrating the legacy of Shakespeare and embracing the splendor of our traditional mas.”
